Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver Installation - 2024 Kia Telluride- Video

Hey, guys, it's Jake here with etrailer. Today, we have a 2024 Kia Telluride, and we're gonna be taking a look at, and I'm gonna show you how to install the Stealth Hitch 2-inch Hitch Receiver. Now, the biggest difference between the Stealth Hitch and all the other hitches out there on the market designed to fit the Kia Telluride is that the receiver tube is gonna be removable which is where it gets its name, the Stealth Hitch. It's gonna be stealthy, so that you remove the receiver tube, and you can't even tell you have the components that are behind this bumper. I will tell you right off the bat, there's two different kits available for this particular hitch and one is going to be the one we installed today, which is the rack receiver only, which is just your receiver tube that will accept your bike racks and cargo carriers. So if you have different accessories like maybe a flagpole, if you like tailgating, stuff like that, that is just for this receiver tube. more

Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look and installing the CURT Trailer Hitch Receiver on a 2024 Kia Telluride. Now this is what your hitch is gonna look like when it's installed on your Kia and the great part is it's a hidden cross tube, meaning the only thing that you're really gonna see is the receiver tube opening. Now it does obviously require a little bit of trimming for this, but it's a really clean look when installed. Now this is a 2 inch by 2 inch receiver tube opening, which is kind of the standard when it comes to accessories. So when it comes to ball mounts, bike racks, cargo carriers, you're gonna have tons of options available. Now all of them are gonna stay in place with a 5/8 pin and clip. more

Hey guys, it's Jake here with etrailer. Today we have a 2022 Kia Carnival and we're gonna be taking a look at and I'mma show you how to install the etrailer Class III two inch hitch receiver. I have a couple of reasons of why you would want to add a hitch receiver to the back of your Carnival is because you wanna pull a trailer, you want to add a cargo carrier or a bike rack to be able to get those bikes to and from the trail. Many vans, a lot of 'em will have plenty of space in the back trunk area to be able to carry your gear and stuff like that when you're going on trips. But a lot of items like coolers are going to be more bulky and take up a lot of space. So adding a cargo carrier to the back is gonna allow you to carry those bulkier items on the outside and this hitch is gonna help you do that. more

So I think it gives it a pretty decent look overall. And that means that the main portion of the hitch is hidden pretty well behind the rear fascia. So the only thing that's going to be visible from the outside of the vehicle is going to be the two inch trailer hitch receiver as well as the plate-style safety chain loops here. That's gonna give it an overall cleaner look. And also it's got this nice matte black powder coat finish which also kind of makes it a little stealthier than your typical gloss black. more

Now this is what it's gonna look like when it's installed on your Sorento and you can see that this is an exposed cross tube meaning that you are gonna see the hitch portion hanging down past the rear fascia and that tube is gonna be welded in line with that. Now there are other options out there for a hidden cross tube that allows that tube to be hidden behind the bumper. And this one overall doesn't look too terribly bad. It does kind of add that to the bottom but you're getting a lot of value added here with the hitch and that ability to be able to have not only a ball mount, bike racks and cargo carriers, but really anything that life throws your way. And whatever accessory you're choosing, having a two inch by two inch is kind of the standard. more

Hey everybody, how's it going Today we're gonna be going over and showing you how to install the etrailer trailer hitch receiver here on a 2019 Kia Sedona. So this is what our trailer hitch is gonna look like installed on our vehicle here. Now it does have a visible cross tube, meaning it hangs down behind the bumper here, but there's not a ton of room up there for you to hide the cross tube so, the visible cross tube is just something we're gonna have to deal with. Now, our entire hitch has a matte powder coated finish which is gonna help it blend in with the underbody paneling on the vehicle. It's gonna help protect the hitch from scratches and it's also gonna help protect it from rust being that it is on the underside of the vehicle, subjected to the elements. So adding a trailer hitch to your Sedona, it's gonna be an excellent option because it's gonna make your vehicle that much more versatile. more

Hey everybody, how's it going Today, we're gonna be going over and showing you how to install the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver here on our 2022 Kia Telluride. So this is what our trailer hitch looks like installed on our vehicle here. Now this trailer hitch does have a hidden design and what that means is, the cross tube is actually gonna be tucked away behind the bumper here. Therefore the only thing we are gonna be able to see is receiver tube giving us the best overall appearance. Now with our trailer hitch here, it is gonna be completely coated with a black powder-coated finish. It's also a matte finish which I feel does a really good job of blending in well with the underside of the vehicle. more

Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Installation - 2022 Kia Telluride- Video

Hey everybody, how's it going Today, we're gonna be going over and showing you how to install the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver here on a 2022 Kia Telluride. So, this is what our trailer hitch is gonna look like installed on our Telluride. As you can see here, it actually has a hidden design meaning the cross tube is actually hidden behind the bumper here, so the only thing we are gonna be able to see is the actual receiver tube. This is gonna give us a more factory like install look and also the best possible ground clearance. Now, the trailer hitch is actually coated with a black powder coat, and this is gonna help protect it from rust and corrosion over time being that it is on the underside of the vehicle. So, adding a trailer hitch to your Telluride is gonna be an excellent option because it's gonna make your vehicle that much more versatile. more

Hello neighbors. It's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look at the 2022 Kia carnival, and this is a really exciting SUV/ minivan multipurpose vehicle. So for your multipurpose needs, installing a trailer hitch is going to be great like this Curt class three trailer hitch. So here's the hitch installed on the carnival and you're going to see it is an exposed cross tube. So you can see the actual whole hitch hanging down, but it is a nice black powder coat finish over it, steel construction, which means that it's sturdy and it's also going to hold up to the elements over time, keeping that black and not rusty and corroded. As you can see here, we have a visible cross tube, but everything has a nice black powder coated finish, which is gonna help protect the hitch from rust and corrosion over time, being that it is on the underside of the vehicle. It also helps it blend in a little bit better with the underbody paneling. So, adding a trailer hitch to your Carnival, it's gonna be an excellent idea, because it's gonna make your vehicle that much more versatile. Now, we can obviously use the trailer hitch for towing, but if we wanted to hit the trails, or free up some space inside the vehicle for those long road trips with the family, we could easily attach either a hitch-mounted bike rack or hitch-mounted cargo carrier/box. more

Hey everybody, how's it going Today, we're gonna be going over, and showing you how to install, the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver here on our 2017 Kia Sorento. So, this is what our trailer hitch looks like installed on the vehicle. Now, everything is actually nice and tucked up to the bottom of the bumper there. So, we're not gonna reduce our ground clearance as much. In the etrailer trailer hitch receiver they actually have a nice matte black powder coated finish, which helps protect the hitch from rust and corrosion, being that it is on the under side of the vehicle. And, that matte finish also does a better job of help hiding nicks and scratches, and in most cases that blends in well with the underbody paneling on the vehicle a little bit better. more

The cross tube is going to be hidden behind our bumper, you'll be able to see just a hair of it here at the bottom, but that's really only noticeable when you're down here kneeling and looking at it, when you're standing up at the back, you really just see the receiver here at the back. And it's tucked up fairly nicely, so it doesn't detract from the looks of the vehicle. This is what our hitch is gonna look like when it's installed. You can see part of the cross tube is visible, however, it's round, it's nice and tucked up close to the vehicle so it really doesn't take away from the look. Being a class two, it's gonna be a lot of different options, maybe you wanna, maybe you have some bikes, you're talking about getting a bike rack 'cause you're tired of loading them in inside the vehicle. You really don't want to want them up on your roof, it's gonna make it easier to put a bike rack on the back. more

Hi there, Kia owners. Today, on your 2018 Kia Optima, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install Curt's class I 1 1/4 inch trailer hitch receiver. And this is what our hitch looks like when it's installed. You will be able to see the receiver here at the back, but the cross tube is fairly tucked underneath pretty far. It is visible down below but since this car sits so low to the ground, unless you're down on your hands and knees, you really won't notice that cross tube. It does have a 1 1/4 by 1 1/4 inch receiver here at the back. more

etrailer Class III Trailer Hitch Installation - 2020 Kia Telluride- Video

Hi, there Kia owners and your 2020 Kia Telluride. We're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install etrailers, class three, two inch trailer hitch receiver. We do have the access panel removed and you do have the option to trim out the access panel around the hitch, if you did so you want it itself. But you could just leave a removed. And that's probably the better option if you're going to be adding in a seven way connector and things like that here at the back, because those connectors are quite large and you don't want them hanging down too low. So this is kind of the setup I would recommend if you're going for a full seven way with brake controller setup. more
